He is survived by: his wife Janet Booth; his children, David Ray Booth (Cecille), Juanita Ann Brown (Candy) and Tammy Booth; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Robeson (David), Michael Dickhaut, Lisa Forney (Carl), Melinda Blayloc (Otto) and Makayla Booth; and his brother Gary Booth (Ellen). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
