He was predeceased by : his parents, William Kooistra Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Kooistra (Adams). He is survived by : his wife Janis Jayne Jackson; his children, Aaron Kooistra (Chana) and Julie Masters (Brandon); his siblings, William Kooistra III of Holland, MI, Barbara Murray (Richard) of Huntington, IN and Betty Nichols (Darold) of Lowell, IN; and his grandsons, Jaxon Kooistra, Gavin Kooistra and Cameron Masters. He is also survived by Papa, and a host of friends.
