He was predeceased by : his parents, John Robert Dickey and Mable Elizabeth Dickey (Newland); and his brothers, Robert Patrick Dickey and John David Dickey. He is survived by : his siblings, Mary Ellen McDowell (Keith) of Gentry, AR. and Dennis Dickey (Laurie) of Gentry, AR.; and his son Timothy Shelton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
