He is survived by: his wife Youa; his children, David Thao (Amber) of Decatur, Solo Thao (Pachee) of Gentry, Jessica Thao (Neng Moua) of Owasso, Dao Thao (Peter Lee) of Inola and Marcia Thao (Sue Yang) of Gravette; his son-in-law Long Vang of St. Paul, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Michael Moua, Matthew Moua, Mitchell Moua, Christian Vang, Christopher Vang, Adam Lee, Samuel Lee, Emmanuel Thao, Isreal Thao, Melody Thao, Jaelyn Thao, Yuliana Thao and Carli Yang; and his great grandchild Archie Moua.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Backstrom Pyeatte Funeral Home - Siloam Springs (1401 E Main St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761). A burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (700 S Government Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
