She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Self and Betty Self (Boatman); her spouse Lonnie Winkler Sr.; and her brothers, Elza "Buddy" Self, Willis Self and Jackie Self.
She is survived by: her children, William Dale Winkler of Joplin, Lonnie James Winkler II of Goodman, Jackie Lee Winkler of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mary Ann Howe of Joplin and Jennifer Mae Freeman of Gentry, Arkansas; her sisters, Kathryn Peterson of Washburn and Debra Dawson of Gentry, Arkansas; and also Dick Rogers. She is also survived by seven granddaughters, fourteen grandsons, two great granddaughters and two great grandsons; along with a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Backstrom Pyeatte Funeral Home - Siloam Springs (1401 E Main St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at 2909 Cheri Whitlock Dr, Siloam Springs, AR 72761. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (2122 W University St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761).
