He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Belcher of Gillham, Ray Belcher of Wickes, Richard Belcher of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Renee Pierce of Fort Smith and Beverly Prince of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his stepsister Missy Stratton.
