He is survived by: his parents, Ross Carter and Misti Carter; his uncles, Heath and Lance; his wife Kiley Carter (Webb); his siblings, Tressie of Glencoe, Arkansas. and Cooper Carter of Glencoe, Arkansas.; his in-laws, Kelley Don and Tiffany Webb of Mount Pleasant, Arkansas; and his grandparents, Arlene Humphries of Day, Arkansas, Johnny Carter and Kathy Carter of Cherokee Village, Arkansas. He is also survived by one nephew; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, a brother-in-law, a sister-in-law, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Barker Funeral Home (857 Hwy 62 W, Salem, AR 72576). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at the Humphries Cemetery.
