He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Seay (Anita Collier) of Sapulpa and Guylene Seay (Rhoads) of Kellyville, Oklahoma; his siblings, Bryan Seay of Glenpool, Oklahoma and Elizabeth Bell (Tyler) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his nieces, Addi Beth Bell and Charley Beth Bell of Tulsa; his aunt Tricia Demeter (John); his cousins, Chris and Alan; and his friends, Deanna Hayes, Adam Henslee, John, Tara, Michael Fordonski, Kurt Sontag, Jamie Irby, Jacob and Nathan Williams. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
