He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Mike, Peggy Jester (McKinney) and Ronnie Coleman. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Cook and Madie Hill; his sister Magnolia Cook (Maggie) of Glenwood; his grandparents, Mikey, Cindy Cook, Donnie, Rhonda Hill, Delight, Gary and Stephanie Holt; his great-grandparents, Marty, Cindy Cook, Linda Coleman of Amity, Paul, Sue Hill of Amity, Laurie Jester of Alpine and Austin Holt of Hot Springs; and his great-great-grandparent Carolyn Golden of Kirby. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
