He was predeceased by: his parents, Henderson Jenkins and Ora May Orrick Jenkins; his wife Aline Smith Jenkins; his brothers, Jimmy, Rufus and Bob Jenkins; his son Johnny Jenkins; his son-in-law LaRay Williamson; and his grandsons, Deric Diggs and Matthew Williamson.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Glenda Jenkins Gaither (Ted); his daughters, Jackie Williamson (Edwin) and Barbara Hayslette (Kenneth); his nephews, Ronald Jenkins (Tammie) and Danny Jenkins (Lee Ann); his niece Darlene Barnette; his grandchildren, Stacy Cowart (Brian), Jeremy Williamson, Becky Jenkins Bird, Nicole Reid (Justin), Kenny Hayslette (Crystal) and Jessica McCraney (Scotty); his brother Tom Jenkins (Daisy); and his close friend Jessie Fatherree. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren.
