We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2022, at the age of 24, Meredith Ujjayini Claborn in Glenwood, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Tucker and Dora Smith. She is survived by : her family Moses; her pet Moses; and also, Steve, Danita Smith of Prairie Grove, Patty, Josh Hooten of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Barbara A. Blake of Fayetteville, Jim, Frances Blake of Tyler, Bill, Malia Hooten of Prairie Grove, David and Gayla Claborn of Glenwood, Arkansas. She is also survived by parents, siblings, spouses, grandparents.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Dillon International Adoption Agency in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
