He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo John Nielsen and Sara Neilsen (Ruby); his wife Judith Nielsen; his son Raymond Nielsen; his son-in-law Johnnie Anderson; and his grandson Nolan Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Rick (Shawna Neilsen) and Susan Anderson of Kirby; his grandchildren, Alese Nielsen of Nashville, TN and Ryan (Breanna Nielsen); and his great grandchildren, Roman Nielsen of Edmond, OK and Havan Nielsen of Edmond, OK.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel - Glenwood (209 N 3rd St, Glenwood, AR 71943).
