He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Brien and Dorothy O'Brien; his wife Frances O'Brien; and his siblings, Betty O'Brien, Mary Ufer, Melba Frew, Roberta Berkley and John O'Brien.
He is survived by: his children, Aaron O'Brien (Rhonda) of Mena, Micah O'Brien (Melanie) of Mustang, OK, Nathan O'Brien of Hot Springs and Susan O'Brien of Hot Springs; and his pet Jessie. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
