She is survived by: her husband Wayne Hortman; her daughter Tiffany Nesbit (Brian); her grandson Cody Nesbit; and her siblings, David Dillman (Kathy), Paul Jacob, Timothy Jacob, Linda Ray and Dorthy Miles. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
