She is survived by: her husband David Kemper; her son Dustin Kemper; her daughter-in-law Eva Joy Kemper; her sister Sandra Koonce; her niece Gina; her nephew Craig Harrington; and her brother-in-law Jeff Kemper (Judi).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cobb Funeral Home (603 W Main St, Blytheville, AR 72315). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
