He is survived by: his wife Kathy Welch; his children, KayLynn Weathers (Ed), Billy Welch (Linda), David Grice (Michelle) and Cecil Lowe (Jamie); his grandchildren, Justin Gregorio (Brittany), Destani Escamilla, April Disler (Brian), John Haught (Melissa), Dylan Welch and Jasmine Welch; his great grandchildren, Angelina Gregorio, Evalee Carrillo, Kaylani Carrillo, Christian Nash, Sawyer Haught and Hunter Haught; his brother James Ford (Anita); and his pet Roxanna.
