He is survived by : his children, Alexis Renee Crawley and Chad James Crawley of Southwest City, MO; his parents, Donna Buzzard and Eddie Buzzard of Gravette; his siblings, Joseph Buzzard (Haley) of Siloam Springs and Karen Buzzard (Devin) of Gravette; his grandfather Austin Crawley of Bella Vista; his nieces and nephews, Aiden, Blake, Gunner, Myla and Isabella; his uncle James Crawley (Audrey); and his aunt Belinda Roberts (Jheri).
