She is survived by: her son Dexter Combs (Kim) of Green Forest; her grandchildren, Danna Compton (Daniel) of Vidor, Texas, David Lee Combs (Madelyn) of Vidor and Dalton Combs (Malory Morris) of Green Forest; and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Callie, Troy, Charlotte and Macy Jean. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
