He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cottrell and Mildred Cottrell (Campbell). He is survived by: his wife Julie Cottrell; his children, Angela Berryhill (Jon), Justin Cottrell (Kristina), Jon Duck (Erica), Jessica Martin, Lance Cottrell (Stephanie), Pete Burch (Linsey) and Heather Chance (David); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Eva, Jack, Amanda, Braedon, Ryken, Jozeph, Izaiah, Breckin, Emily, Alexis, Boston, Maddie, Abel, Brendon, Hailey, Bently, Mason, Brookelyn and Brecken; his sister Elaine Jenkins; and his nephew James Rowe (Ellen).
