Larry leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Larry’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Morton Riggs and Elva Ladys Prothro Riggs; and his daughter April Carroll Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Riggs. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and two sisters.
