He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Clark; his children, Carla Smart, Sue Smart, Barbara Jene Edwards, Melissa Anne Henry, Tammie Lynn Griffin and James Robert Smart; and his brothers, Dwayne and Ronnie Smart. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren.
