He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wesley and Ethel Blanche Evans (Hubble); and his siblings, Jewel Pauline Evans Graham, Lenora Doris Evans Anderson, Helen Alene Evans Robbins, Alphon Carlet Evans Samples, Shirley Blanche Evans Seitz, David Wesley Evans Jr., Donald Ray Evans and Norman Hester Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Michael Evans, Adrian Lee Evans (Sarah) and Maurle Adrianna Evans Shepperd; the parent of his child Mauri Shepperd; his grandchildren, Saylor Evans, Sevannah Evans and Michael Sanford (Danielle); his great grandchildren, Everett, Noah and Hayes Sanford; his siblings, Ronald Dale Evans (Judy), Dorothy Lee Samples (Tommy) and Elvalena Sue Evans; and his sister-in-law Virginia Elsa Durst Evans. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
