She is survived by: her daughter Chrissy; her son-in-law Rick; her grandson Ethan of Marshfield, MO; her daughter Samantha; her grandchildren, Christopher, Seth, Julia of Green Forest, AR. and Nevaeh of Green Forest, AR.; her siblings, Chuck of Missouri, Penny of Arkansas, Mary of California and Donna of Ohio; and her nieces, Jaime of Texas and Diane of Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great grandchildren and family friends.
