He is survived by: his wife Sue Maxwell; his children, Melinda Maxwell and Gaven Maxwell of Berryville, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Peyton (Courtney) of Bergman, Jasmine, Taven, Kendall, Eliza, Blade and Creed of Berryville, Arkansas.; his siblings, Norman (Rosemary) of Parsons, Becky (Ron), Janet (Leroy), Thom (Jay) of Ohio, Chuck (Kim), Kenny (Leeann) of Tennessee, Mollie (Christopher McCormick) of Beckley, Tammy (Jim Weismann) of Texas and Jeff (Michelle) of Beckley; Steve Cleffman. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
