She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Pitts and Leslie Pitts; and her siblings, Bobby Joe Pitts, Alford Pitts, Henry Pitts, James Pitts, Eva John Pifer, Jesse Vann, Janice Bryant and Thelma Butler.

She is survived by: her husband Orbin Clay; her children, Eric Clay (Pam) and Terry Bailey (Mark); her grandchildren, Mark Bailey, Jr., Jennifer Evans, Brent Clay and Lindsey Clay Betts; her great grandchildren, Alexzandria Evans, Cassadi Evans, Gage Bailey and Jordan Bailey; and her siblings, Dorothy Wong, Ruth Clay and Louis Pitts. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and other relatives.
