He was predeceased by: his parents, James Archibald Mullins and Erma Lee Mobley Mullins; his daughter Chrystal Mullins; his brothers, Owen Mullins, James Mullins and Gerald Mullins; and his stepfather Thomas Harlen.
He is survived by: his wife Hellen Mullins; and his children, Brian Baker (Christine), Jeff Mullins (Christi), Courtney Yarbro and Stephen Mullins. He is also survived by his family, friends.
