He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Ann Sims Fulmer; and his grandparents, Joe, Nona Shaw Fulmer, John and Ola Lee Sims.
He is survived by: his father Bennie Ray Fulmer; his sister Sherry Sellers (John); his daughter Lori Ponder; his grandchildren, Taylor Vaughan, Shelley Ponder, Paige Ponder and Shane Cook; and his great grandchildren, Zander Vaughan and Oakley Farmer (Kelly Clarke). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
