He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Smith; his brother Vernon Smith; and his brother-in-law Larry Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Genene Smith (Phillips); his daughter Tanya Smith of Cabot; his grandson Mathew Wildhaber; his stepmother Gracie Robertson Smith of Okalona; his stepsiblings, Tom Robertson (Rebecca) of Okalona and Elizabeth Robertson of Okalona; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Phillips (Sharon) of Rosebud, Pat Phillips (Larry) of Greenbrier and Deborah Osborne (Boyd) of Russellville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, cousins, neighbors.
