Donald Stephen Vowell Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Stephen Vowell (Greenbrier, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2026 at the age of 58. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald Stephen Vowell to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vowell and Nancy Vowell (Brewer); his siblings, Jim Vowell and Deborah McCurry; his nephew Tony Robinson; and his uncle W. O. Turner (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Nixon Vowell; his brother Richard Vowell; his sisters-in-law, Kim Vowell, Wilma Robinson (Bill) and Kathy Watson (Rick); and his aunt Ann Turner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and most recently, great -great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church (676 AR-25, Greenbrier, AR 72058).
