He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vernon and Martha Leona Clay Kerr; his former wife JoAnn Kerr; his brothers, Billy Ray Kerr (Wanda), Wilcher Clay Kerr (Lillian), Hubert Kerr (Amy) and Charles Vernon Kerr (Betty); and his brother-in-law Charlie "Roy" Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Clement Kerr; his son Marcus Wayne Kerr; his grandson Ethan Wayne Kerr; his sisters, Helen Kerr Williams and Mary Kerr Ausbrooks (Ralph); his daughter Amy Clement Hernandez; his grandchildren, Louis, Chloe Sasser and Zakariah Hernandez; his daughter Meghan Clement Follis; and his grandchildren, Grant and Sarah Follis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
