She was predeceased by: her father Martin Wright; her husband Dennis Veazey; and her siblings, Willis Wright, Calvin Wright and Ledna Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy Turknett Jr. (Lora), Rebecca Turknett, Hank Turknett, John Turknett and Sandra Boswell (Joe); and her siblings, Floyd Wright, Ola Jean Piedra, Juanita Doughty, Geneva Anderson and Sophia Williams. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
