He was predeceased by: his parents, Marceil Rickman and Royce Jones; his brother Chuck "Mug" Jones; and his close friend Wonda Vaughan. He is survived by: his children, Carl Jones, Joyce Jones Sawyer and Gerald Jones. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and many more family and friends.
