He was predeceased by: his father James Cecil Jr.; his grandparents, James Sr., Daphna Varner Rodden, Clarence and Gertrude Davis Hillenburg; and his stepson Steven.
He is survived by: his mother Cora Hillenburg Rodden; his sister Tresa Zulpo (Robert); his children, Daisy, Hope and James IV; his stepson Chris Davenport (Alecia); his grandchildren, Brayden, Gunner, Olivia Davenport and Bentley Johnson; and his nieces, Heather Carlson (TJ), Krystal Jones (Jonathan) and Jessica Strayer (Clayton). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wilcox Family Funeral Home & Crematory (108 N Broadview St, Greenbrier, AR 72058).
