He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert and Patricia Ann Smith; and his grandparents, Shorty, Dean Smith, Cotton and Ruby Lachowsky.
He is survived by: his daughters, Abigail, Juliette and Katherine; his wife Louise; his stepchildren, Patrick, Summer and Danny; his brother Daren Smith (Sonya); and his niece Mary Catherine Oliver (Zach).
