He is survived by: his wife Pam Johnson; his sons, Craig Cato (Sonya) of Greenbrier and Justin Cato of Conway; his grandchildren, Destiny Cato of Conway and Dawson Cato of Greenbrier; his mother-in-law Mary Johnson; his sisters, Kathy Jones, Joanie Mahan and Polly Miller; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Gilliam, Pat Richardson and Joyce Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
