He is survived by : his children, Brad Hartwick (Audra), Cody Hartwick (Penny) and Brooke Worden (Dusty); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hartwick, Justin Hartwick, Lora Hartwick, Ally Hartwick, Sarah Worden and Wes Worden; and his brothers, Bill and Jim Hartwick. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
