He is survived by: his sister Cloedean Scroggins; his grandchildren, Kyle Cotton (Haley), Kendal Cotton (Alexis) and Kelsey Cotton; his great grandchildren, Hattie Cotton, Lilly Cotton, Karter Cotton and Piper Cotton; his stepgrandsons, Drew Payne (Brianna) and Josh Payne (Kristin); his stepchildren, Rhonda Cox (Joe), Amy Fowlkes (Brandon) and Chad Wooley (Angie); his stepgrandchildren, Wyatt Payne, Jordan Payne, Anna Gray Payne, Koen Payne, Kyla Whitmire (Dave), Kara Smith (Steven), Kami Lasley, Brody Fowlkes, Keeley Fowlkes, Cody Fowlkes, Shelby Wooley, Jimmy Wooley and Isabelle Wooley; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lincoln Collins, Gabriel Vines and Jaden Whitmire; and also Clara Cotton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other dear family members and many friends.
