It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis LaMill Palmer in Greenbrier, Arkansas, who passed away on July 4, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Billy Joe, Donald Ray, Mary Lynn Richards and Gloria Moore. She is survived by: her children, Tony Palmer (Mary Kay), Debbie Palmer, Steven Palmer and Rae Dean Burford; and her grandchildren, Jamie Sullivan (Kelly), Dustin Palmer (Jennie), Jacob Palmer, Cody Lewis (Sarah), Rodey Burford (Emmalee) and Laken Burford.
