He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Loyd Moffitt, Haze and Letha Roberts. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Roberts (Tina) and Gail Moffitt Carter (Loyd); his daughter Haley Jo Roberts (Ryan); his grandson Jessen Joe Martin; his siblings, Larry Scott Roberts (Suzy), Shannon Carter, Shawn Carter, Trina Spencer (William) and Shulana McDonald (Ryan); and his grandmother Mazelle Moffitt. He is also survived by "mom", and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
