With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Kay Bumgarner of Greenbrier, Arkansas, born in Brownfield, Texas, who passed away on March 31, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Lloyd Gardner Jr.; and her brother-in-law Dale Frazier. She is survived by : her mother Betty Jo Lander Gardner; her husband David Bumgarner; her daughters, Lori Winesburg (Todd) and Melanie Self (Kendall); her grandchildren, Morgan Winesburg, Carter Winesburg, Katherine Self, Jeremiah Self, Alexander Self and Harrison Self; and her sisters, Vicki Nelson (Bill) and Janet Frazier.
