She is survived by: her children, Anthony Dick (Felischa) of Mabelvale and Tina Neel (Luke) of Arkadelphia; her grandchildren, Kensley, Devon, EmiLou, Heather and Mila; her siblings, Charles Werner (Michelle) and Leslie Johnson of Salina; and her partner's children, Christopher, Brandi and Kimberly. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Teresa's memory.
