She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Moulton and Rita Solomon; her stepfather Pappy Solomon; her brother Ron; and her granddaughter Adela Rain Richardson.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; and her sons, Zachariah, Talon, Jacob and Samuel.
There will be no services at this time, however, the family does ask that in lieu of flowers or gifts, memorial donations be made in Tolicia's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
