He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Morrison Brown; his children, William Brown III, Teresa Ellithorpe, Pam Crosswhite (David) and Robert Brown (Linda); and his grandchildren, Anthony Rose, Jason Rose, Jonathon Martin, Keegan Brown, Robert Brown, William Brown, Briana Bohannon and Kianna Ellithorpe. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
