He is survived by: his wife Shirley of Fort Smith; his sons, Jeff Horne (Betty Ann) of Marietta and Justin Horne (Becky) of Greenwood, Arkansas.; and his grandchildren, Taylor Horne of Canton, Georgia, Austin Harvey of Greenwood, Arkansas, Lindsay Horne of Charleston and Shelby Tuskey of Camden, Arkansas. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 14511 Old Jenny Lind Loop.
