He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Ruth (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Janet Freeman; his daughters, Robin Burns (Damon) of Tulsa, OK and Cynthia Stepanian of Oakley, KS; and his brother Russell Stepanian of Greenwood, AR..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ocker Funeral Home (700 Jefferson St, Van Buren, AR 72956). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Free Range Cowboy Church (3242 Stewart Ct, Greenwood, AR 72936). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at the Moores Chapel Cemetery.
