He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Johnson; his son Jeffrey Dale Johnson; his sisters, Norma Ruth New and Sue Bailey; his grandchildren, Hunter Johnson (Chasity), Drew Payne (Brianna), Kory Johnson and Kayla Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Cash Johnson, Henzlie Johnson, Wyatt Payne and Anna Gray Payne. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
