With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jimmy Fields of Grubbs, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jimmy left this world on July 10, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Junior and Malissia Betty Fields (Tubbs); his wife Dianne; his brothers, Clinton Fields and Dale Fields; and his brother-in-law Larry Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Jimbo Fields of Grubbs and Shawna Mclaughlin (Kyle) of Grubbs; his sisters, Betty Johnson of Cash and Lougean Fraser of Wynne; his grandchildren, Shelby Clark (Andy) of Georgia, Ailey Fields of Grubbs and Calvin Fields of Grubbs; and his friends, Keith Livesay, Donald Best and David Williams. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close family members.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel (2001 AR-367, Newport, AR 72112). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at the Ballew's Chapel Cemetery (8839 AR-37, Newport, AR 72112).
