He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Roe Wilson McElrath and Rose Mary McElrath (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Ruth McElrath of Grubbs; his children, Jeff McElrath of Grubbs and Sandy (Stacy Miser) of Jonesboro; his brother Bill McElrath of Horn Lake, MS; his grandchildren, Stacia DePew (Justin) of Jonesboro, Sammie Pribble (Parker) of Jonesboro and Tanner McElrath (Kristen) of Olive Branch, MS; and his great grandchildren, Rex DePew and Nolen DePew of Jonesboro.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Dillinger Funeral Home (2001 AR-367, Newport, AR 72112). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ballew's Chapel Cemetery (8839 AR-37, Newport, AR 72112).
