She was predeceased by : her parents, David Daniel and Bonnie Rogers (Parks); her husband Ralph Eugene Norris; her daughter Teresa Ann Norris (Peggy) of Jacksonville; and her siblings, William Franklin Rogers and Tonya Marie Johnson.
She is survived by : her children, Melvin (Mel), Cathy Ramsey (Dewayne) of Newport and Karen Sprague (Scott) of Newport; her sister Mary Alice Bata of Chicago; her grandchildren, Noah Sprague, Joseph Tubbs (Leah), Brandon Norris, Jennifer Jones (Jon), Grant Warner (Kim), Taylor Norris (Isabel), Melissa Smedley (Levi), Beth Sprague, Anna Holland (Ryan), Shannon Mirus (Jay) and Tenee Ramsey; her great grandchildren, Morgan Colvert (Drew), Sabra Ann Norris, Tristan Norris, Izzabella Norris, Rylan Ramsey, Radlea Ramsey, Samantha Sprague, River Tubbs, Hunter Norris, Sidney Smedley, Ralph Smedley, Rubiegh Ramsey and Lilly Holland; and her great great grandchild Hadley Faye Clark. She is also survived by her family and friends.
