She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Condrey and Ruby Constant Condrey; her children, Stephen Lynn Williams and Pamela R. Brooks; and her siblings, Verland Condrey, Julice Condrey and Wilma Roush.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Williams; and her granddaughter Brittany Lynn Brooks.
